MetaBTS BS5622

Based on the advanced ARM and SoC 5G RAN platform, the 5G baseband and RF functions together are integrated inside BS5622. BS5622 supports mmWave SA network.

High integration design

Adopting integrated design, 5G mmWave baseband and RF functions, antenna array are integrated internal BS5622 for lower power consumption and higher integration. BS5622 supports mmWave 200/400MHz carrier bandwidth. The built-in 5G Core Network for BS5622 is optional.

Large capacity and high data throughput

BS5622 supports one 64 antennas array 200/400MHz mmWave cell. The peak downlink data throughput can reach more than 2.9Gbps.

All-IP structure and flexible deployment

BS5622 is on all-IP architecture and 10Gbps backhaul interface to support flexible deployment. BS5622 has the characteristics of compact structure design, green energy saving, easy installation and maintenance. The Ingress Protection level of BS5622 is IP67 and the operating temperature range is from -40℃ to +55℃, which makes BS5622 can work in all kinds of outdoor application environments.

Support built-in 5G Core Network

The built-in Core Network solution breaks through the traditional design concept of mobile networks, with a decentralized distributed network architecture that can effectively avoid the single point of failure of centralized Core Network leading to the paralysis of the entire network. Distributed network architecture supports endogenous security protection, which not only improves the robustness of the network, but also supports 5G extension coverage at the end of existing networks, achieving seamless super integration between 5G and existing networks. The built-in Core Network includes standard NE defined by 3GPP, such as AMF, SMF, UPF, etc.
